Route des Grands Crus，不是繞路

產區分級階梯
The Côte, in cross-section
Burgundy ranks its wines by exactly where they grow on the slope — the same hillside can carry four different tiers within a few hundred metres. Here is the ladder the day's tastings climb, and where the group stands on it, stop by stop.
- Grand CruAbout 2% of production — the mid-slope band with the best drainage and sun, and the day's single pour from this tier.
- Premier CruAbout 12% — named individual plots partway up the slope, each carrying its own vineyard name alongside the village.
- VillageAbout 36% — vineyards on the lower slope entitled to carry a commune's name, such as Chambolle-Musigny or Nuits-Saint-Georges.
- Bourgogne (Régionale)Around half of all Burgundy wine — the valley floor and flatter land, labelled with the regional name alone.
The morning runs north out of Beaune into the Côte de Nuits; the afternoon works back south, and the group is dropped in Beaune again by early evening.

Departure from the Tourist Office
The group meets at the Beaune Tourist Office on Boulevard Perpeuil and sets out north on the Route des Grands Crus.

First tasting, close to town
A guided tasting at a domaine just outside Beaune opens the day — village and premier cru Pinot Noir, about ninety minutes with the winemaker or a cellar host.

A photo stop at the walled grand cru
The road passes Château du Clos de Vougeot, the walled monastic vineyard that gives its name to one of the Côte de Nuits' grand crus — a ten-minute stop to see the gate and the vines from the road.

Vosne-Romanée and the famous names
A second short stop on the Route itself, in sight of the vineyard signs that draw wine pilgrims from around the world — viewed from the road rather than entered.

Lunch, on your own account
A ninety-minute break at a local restaurant, not included in the booking — Burgundian classics like beef bourguignon or oeufs en meurette are the local order.

The Côte de Nuits' own town
A second tasting stop, around 75 minutes, in the town that gives the whole Côte de Nuits its name — sturdier, more structured reds than what comes later in the day.

The day's most delicate wines
The final tasting, about an hour, in a village known for the most perfumed, lightest-bodied reds on the Côte de Nuits — a deliberate contrast to Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Back by early evening
The group returns to the Beaune meeting point by about a quarter to six, leaving the evening free.

Two Côtes, two characters
The Côte d'Or splits into two halves, and the day's tastings cross both. Knowing the difference is most of what you need to make sense of a Burgundy wine list afterwards.
Côte de Nuits — the red spine
North of Beaune, running from Dijon down past Nuits-Saint-Georges, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée and Chambolle-Musigny. It holds the large majority of Burgundy's red grand crus and is where most of this tour's afternoon tastings happen.
Côte de Beaune — where the tour starts
South from around Aloxe-Corton through Beaune itself and on towards Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, better known for its whites even though it grows plenty of Pinot Noir too. The day's opening tasting, near Beaune, sits in this half.
Clos de Vougeot sits on the line
The walled vineyard the tour passes on its way north is one of the largest grand crus in Burgundy and one of the easiest to actually see from the road — a good marker for where the Côte de Nuits' grand cru band runs.
One road connects them
The Route des Grands Crus is the spine that ties the two Côtes together, and the whole geography makes more sense once you have driven it once with someone naming the vineyards as you pass.

勃根地葡萄酒之旅常見問題
所謂“十四次品鑑”具體是什麼意思？
這是全天分散進行的十四次單獨倒酒，而非一次性的品酒套組——第一站在博訥附近品嚐村莊級與一級園美酒，在Nuits-Saint-Georges再品更多村莊級與一級園佳釀，最後在Chambolle-Musigny從一級園一路品到當天唯一的一杯特級園。具體倒哪些酒，取決於各家酒莊當天開瓶的品種。
行程是否包含午餐？
